Either you can use Google account or Facebook account or with your Email account. sing up with one of them.

If you choose to sing up with Email account, you need to put email address, type password and retype password click on Let's Get Started.

Log in to your blogger account. In Layout section select Add Gadget.

 Now select HTML/JavaScript.

past the code click save, and save arrangement.

if you view your blog page it will show Social network icons on sidebar, it will stick to screen even the page is scrolling.
