How to find page and Post ID in WordPress.

It's very easy to find Post ID or Page ID, Log in to your Word Press website dashboard, Go to pages, in that all pages. 

If you simply hover your mouse over the post you can find your post ID at bottom left corner of the post.

for blog 2 the post ID is 206

If you click on edit option of the page, you can find the post ID on URL of that page.

Let's see a simple use of Post or Page ID. In your dashboard, go to plugins, in that select Widgets.

In that Add a page Widgets to Footer One.

Type a Title to your widgets, select Page ID.

And put the one of post ID, in this case it is 204.

if you see your home page only the page or post ID numbers which is not inserted is shown.

let's just add page widgets here and save it in second footer.

if you reload the page you can see the all the blogs and pages will be appear in footer area. This is the one of the uses of Post or Page ID's.
