In this agreement, you can include the necessary section to inform users of the guidelines of using your website or mobile app, and what happens if users are abusing your website or mobile app and so on.

log in to your website WordPress dashboard, in plugins click on Add new.
In search box Type Auto terms and privacy, click on install now, and then activate.
in settings select Auto TOS and PP, You need to fill in the details, like name, Full name, Domain name.
put the DMCA notice URL, Venue ex: state of California USA, and so on.
copy the short code.
Create a page with name Terms and Conditions, in your dashboard select pages in that add new.
In page, add new page name it Terms and Conditions select text here you need to add short code and click on publish.
Select appearance in that widgets.
In Footer widget area of your home page add pages widget, and select page ID,
Exclude the page ID of Terms and Conditions, and include type page id of others.
Only the page ID which is excluded will be shown here.
